Currency codeThis is the ISO code used for money in your country, e.g., USD.
How to deal with multiple currenciesIf you have to issue invoices in different currencies, you will have to create a new account with a different email address for the additional currency. Should you not have a different email address, you could easily set up a gmail email address for this purpose. This way you can keep all invoices and reports separate for each currency.
Currency orderUse this option to select if the currency symbol is before the number (e.g, $10.00) or after the number (e.g., 10.00$).
Currency digitsUse this option to select the number of currency digits (e.g, $10, $10.0, $10.00, $10.000).
Decimal symbolThis is the symbol used for the decimal point; usually a dot everywhere but in Europe, where a comma is used.
Thousands symbolThis is the symbol used to separate thousands; usually a comma.
Default date formatThis is the date format used on print-outs, PDFs, and all other windows. Select a date format from a pull-down list suitable for your needs. Note that you must enter a date in the selected date format on all forms and windows.
